With a lifetime of training, competing, and coaching behind him, Patrik knows that success starts with the right attitude and a relentless work ethic.

Whether you're both starting out or ready to take things up a notch, each of you will receive a personalised training plan, expert guidance on technique, and nutrition support adapted to your individual goals.

    We’ll also track your progress, keep you accountable, and help you build healthy, sustainable habits — all in a fun, supportive environment.

    It’s perfect if you’re new to fitness, feel a bit shy, or just want the motivation and support of training with someone you know. These sessions are fully guided and structured, so you’ll both get the most out of every workout — while still enjoying the energy of training together.

    Our Small Group Personal Training is designed for those who want results — with the energy of a team and the guidance of a coach. Each 50-minute session includes up to 4 people, giving you personal attention, motivation, and structure, without the price tag of 1-to-1 coaching.

    • 1/3 the cost of personal training — perfect for every budget

    • Body measurements & progress tracking

    • Expert coaching every session from our Unstoppable PT team
