Payments

° All session fees must be paid in full through our website or booking app.

° Payment is required before any training sessions take place.

° A confirmation receipt will be provided for every payment made.

Session Cancellations

° If your trainer needs to cancel and doesn't provide at least 24 hours' notice, you’ll receive an additional personal training session at no extra cost, scheduled at your convenience, in addition to the missed one.

° If you need to cancel a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance via the website, booking app, or WhatsApp. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited, with no refund issued.

Lateness

° If your trainer arrives more than 10 minutes late, you’ll be entitled to a free extra session, and the time remaining in the current session will still be honoured.

° If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time. Arrivals more than 25 minutes late may be treated as a missed session at the trainer’s discretion, and in that case, the session may be lost without a refund.

CCTV & Security Monitoring

To ensure the safety of all clients, staff, and property, Unstoppable Training Studio operates 24/7 CCTV surveillance throughout the facility, including the gym floor, entrance, and communal areas.

Footage is recorded and stored securely, and may be reviewed in the event of an incident, for the purpose of maintaining a safe training environment and preventing theft or damage.

By attending sessions or entering the studio premises, you consent to being recorded, in accordance with applicable UK privacy and data protection laws (including GDPR).

CCTV footage will only be accessed by authorised personnel and is retained for a limited period unless required for legal or investigative purposes.

Session Expiry & Extensions

° All personal training packages are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Any sessions not used within that timeframe will expire, and no refunds will be issued. This policy helps ensure consistent training and results.

° In certain cases, package validity can be extended by 1 to 12 months, but only under the following circumstances:
• Pregnancy
• Serious illness
• Significant injury

° To request an extension, please contact the training studio directly. In some cases, we may ask for supporting documentation (e.g. medical confirmation).

Working with your Trainer

° If you're not satisfied with your assigned trainer, you're welcome to switch to another team member at any point. Just let us know.

° Please note, any sessions already completed with your previous trainer will still be counted as used.

° Trainers are not qualified to diagnose or treat medical issues. If any health concerns arise, they may ask to consult with your GP or request medical clearance before continuing.

Refunds

° If a medical condition prevents you from continuing your sessions, we can offer a refund for any unused sessions. Medical evidence may be required (e.g. a note from your GP).

° In the event your trainer is no longer with the training studio, you won’t be eligible for a refund. We will ensure you’re matched with another qualified trainer from our team to continue your sessions.
