Founder of Unstoppable Training Studio
I’m Patrik — a personal trainer, coach, and founder of Unstoppable Training Studio.
For me, fitness isn’t just something I do — it’s who I am. It’s been a part of my life since the age of 7, when I first stepped onto a judo mat. From there, I dove deep into striking arts, training in Goju Ryu and Kyokushin Karate, and later mastering kickboxing and Muay Thai. Years of competition taught me the value of hard work, discipline, and showing up when it’s tough — and that mindset is what drives everything we do at Unstoppable.
With over 7 years of experience coaching 1-to-1, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients — from complete beginners and youth athletes, to adults preparing to climb some of the world’s highest mountains, run marathons on the Great Wall of China, or step into the ring for their first fight. I especially enjoy working with younger clients, helping them build strength, self-belief, and a mindset that sets them up for success far beyond the gym.
Unstoppable was born out of a belief: that confidence is built, not gifted — and fitness is the tool to unlock it. We don’t just train bodies here. We build resilient, focused, confident humans who know how to work for what they want — and win.

My passion for fitness began with a background in dance, and has evolved into a love for strength and hybrid training over the last 9 years. Inspired by my own journey with a personal trainer, I’m committed to making fitness enjoyable, empowering, and achievable for everyone.
I understand that every individual has unique needs – whether you’re starting out or ready to push your limits. My mission is to help you become your strongest, fittest, and most confident self through tailored programmes that fit your goals, abilities, and lifestyle.
I view fitness as not just training, but also building sustainable habits that support all aspects of your health and wellbeing. With structured programming, weekly check-ins, and ongoing support, I’ll keep you motivated and accountable, helping you take measurable steps toward lasting success.

My son and I have been training together with Patrik for four years. It’s been an amazing way to bond as father and son and Patrik has been fantastic at designing sessions that suit the two of us. He’s great at knowing when to challenge and when to go a bit easier. He’s also good at spotting when to shift things up so we don’t get bored while still allowing us to build our progress in key areas. I can’t recommend Patrik highly enough.

Patrik was my PT for two years. He’s incredibly energetic an always positive. Work- our sessions with Patrik are always very focused. He continuously varies the exercise regime to help build all- round strength and always finds a new challenge. He’s 100% reliable and will never let you down. During lockdown, he kept me going by switching to an innovative routine outdoors which was incredibly effective and appreciated.

If you need or want a trainer who is motivated, professional, 1st class in his approach and cares about your personal requirements then Patrik is your man. He introduced me to HIT training incorporating boxing to maintain core strength but simply works with his knowledge of years of training. He simply adapts to your needs offering the best way for you to achieve your goals. No attitude, a genuine love for training. With his Czech upbringing and training from a very young age he comes with natural skill and delivers for what I believe to be the best in personal training.

I’ve been training with Patrik for a couple of years and can’t recommend him highly enough. I always leave a PT session knowing I have pushed my body in a way I couldn’t have done on my own. I’m stronger and more confident than ever thanks to how he tailors our workouts and gets me to try new things. I’ll be doing my third Hyrox in December and I never would have taken something like that on if it weren’t for Patrik’s training and encouragement
