    I am Patrik Kovalcik, Founder of Unstoppable Training Studio. Fitness isn’t just my career—it is who I am. My journey began at age seven on a judo mat, eventually leading me to master Kyokushin Karate, and Muay Thai. Years of competition taught me that success is built on discipline and the willingness to show up when things get tough; this is the exact mindset I bring to Unstoppable.

    With over nine years of 1-to-1 coaching experience, I’ve helped hundreds of clients achieve the extraordinary—from preparing for their first fight to running marathons on the Great Wall of China.

    I am particularly passionate about working with youth, helping them build the strength and self-belief that serves them far beyond the gym.

    I believe confidence is earned, not gifted, and I use fitness as the ultimate tool to build resilient, focused humans.

    Ella’s passion for fitness began with a background in dance, where she developed discipline, body awareness, and a strong training foundation. Over time this has evolved into a deep understanding of what it truly takes to progress, perform, and achieve meaningful results.

    Having gone through the journey herself, Ella recognises that every individual has unique needs. She understands first-hand the commitment, structure, and mindset required to reach personal goals, and applies this insight to every client she works with.

    From completing three HYROX events, to running a marathon and achieving personal bests in the gym, Ella brings real-world experience into her coaching. She uses this to guide, support, and push her clients towards unlocking their full potential.
